A note on the downloads

Some of this is free to everyone, and some is only available to Vitalpulse customers. I've colour coded the Encrypted column. e.g.

FAQ

Green means free for everyone. So this file you'd be able to read. It'll probably be online, but might be downloadable.
YES

Complex document

Red means this file is encrypted. You need a copy of PGP and the Vitalpulse Documentation key in order to read the contents. You also have to be a Vitalpulse Maintenance customer. Alternatively, contact us as they are available on a "pay-per-view" basis.
  • If you are having any problems, or just want to find out more about encryption, then see our note on encrypted files.
  • If you want to submit a tip or any documentation then e-mail it (in practically any format) to Rob Kings I promise we won't take the credit.
  • If you want more details of a specific area, then let us know at Vitalpulse support and we'll see what we can do. It might already be on our list of things to do, in which case we can raise its priority.

Styles

If you save any of the pages and off line they don't look the same then you can try 2 things:

  1. If you're using Internet Explorer you can try saving as a Web Archive file (.mht) this embeds everything in a single file.
  2. Try downloading the style sheet (simpledocs.css) Put the documentation on a subdirectory (e.g. c:\Vitalpulse) and the style sheet in a directory called c:\bits. This is because the HTML has a reference to ../bits/simpledocs.css
